Serves as the President and, unless the Board designates another chief executive officer, the chief executive officer of the Corporation.

Provides organizational leadership.
Helps ensure implementation of Board decisions.
Represents the Corporation in official matters.
Presides over Board meetings unless otherwise determined.

Secretary

Yasantha Samaraweera

Oversees the Corporation's official records and governance documentation.

Maintains corporate records, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
Maintains governance documents and required corporate filings.
Ensures accurate minutes are maintained for Board actions.
Maintains the corporate records book.

Treasurer

Nayomi Nadeera Manikkuwadurage

Oversees financial recordkeeping, reporting, budgets, and financial controls.

Oversees financial recordkeeping and reporting.
Assists with budgets and financial controls.
Monitors the financial condition of the Corporation.
Provides financial reports to the Board as requested.
