LEGAL REGISTRATION

CIVENTA Global Foundation Inc. is legally incorporated as a charitable nonprofit corporation in the State of New York, United States, under the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.

Our Certificate of Incorporation establishes the Foundation as a charitable organization operating exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (EIN)

CIVENTA Global Foundation has been assigned an Employer Identification Number (EIN) by the Internal Revenue Service. The EIN serves as the Foundation's official federal tax identification number and supports organizational operations, financial administration, and regulatory compliance.
